Estate Trader
Buy, let, sell – and in the end only the profit counts. Estate Trader is a turn-based real estate game in Nordhaven, a lively harbour city: you build your portfolio quarter by quarter. Every day, everyone plays the same city. Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
A city to buy
Nordhaven lies before you as an aerial view: ten districts from the lakeside and the old town to the harbour, 34 kinds of buildings from condos, shops and office blocks to hotels, warehouses and a shopping mall. Tap a house, check its tenants, condition and market value – then buy it, make an offer or wait for a better moment.
The same city for everyone
In the daily city everybody plays the same city with the same offers and events: 12 quarters, about ten minutes, one attempt counts. Skill decides, not luck. The weekly season gives you 30 quarters and three attempts, your best goes on the leaderboard. The server replays every run to check it – plus a weekly league with promotion and relegation, and clubs with their own leaderboard.
Real decisions
Every quarter starts with a stack of cards: the council votes on the tram to the harbour, a rumour goes around, the bakery downstairs asks for a lower rent. Set the rent, take out a loan, renovate or convert the old warehouse into lofts. Holiday lets pay off – until there are too many in the district. And the Brandt, Ostwald and Vogel families are buying too.
